This rooftop bar at the luxury hotel offers great views, good food, and genuinely impressive cocktails — I came three days in a row, which should say something. However, on two of those visits I somehow felt more like a visitor passing through than a hotel guest. With events taking over most of the space, we were kindly invited to sit by the pool bean-bag area without a table — at 10 p.m., in the cold — an experience so refreshing that I almost needed hot water just to stay part of the living world.
