Nice atmosphere, terrible table service and obviously from the waitress as well. They are unable to solve problems; the waitress supervisor clearly lacks experience and professionalism, which shows in his age. The place is divided between a restaurant and a nightclub, which is annoying when you’re trying to enjoy jazz but there’s a lot of background noise from people waiting for the club. I would never go back.

THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE . Very poor club with a lot of discriminated rules. Apparently gays , lesbian and queer people aren’t allowed. I do not recommend this place

I came for some decently priced Happy Hour Piscolas and stayed for a brief time at the club night near midnight. It's a younger crowd but the service prior was good and in a nice location to people watch. I didn't have food. I paid with card no problems.

Definitely plan ahead if you wanna come, because it'll be cheaper for the entry fee. However, it's definitely worth it, favorite club I went to in my time in Santiago with great music, atmosphere, and fairly priced drinks. Went here a couple times and if I'm in Santiago I will go again
